Inspired by the landscape and culture of Salar de Uyuni, the largest salt flat in the world, Eduardo Baldelomar's project captures the art, nature and vernacular architecture of this Andean region. In the concept store created for Diageo, the Bolivian architect – a CASACOR veteran in his country and a debutant at the São Paulo show – occupied half of the 60 m² space with a large counter, whose covering is reminiscent of the rusticity of the salt stones used in local construction.
