In a space where time dances with the sea breeze, the Andrade Schimmelpfeng office reinterprets the main theme. Each detail echoes the legacies of the past, intertwining with a look to the future. Materials, furniture and memories are not mere objects, but witnesses of a journey, as if the house had a soul. The project features a modern and integrated layout, allowing for new uses of the space. The earthy tones with touches of blue and stainless steel, in addition to textures, highlight the affective heritage of Northeastern craftsmanship. The furniture designed by Fernando Zanardi and De La Cruz, in turn, points to the future.
