Natural textures, earthy colors, and smooth shapes characterize the warm vibe of this 45 m2 loft, designed as an urban refuge through the lens of a simple and conscious lifestyle. Among the materials, the raw stones used in the bathroom countertop, in the shower area, and in the fireplace stand out, in addition to the wooden ceiling in a checkered pattern, referencing the original architecture of the historic mansion. For the furniture, the architect relied on pieces of Brazilian design, such as the armchair signed by Estúdio Griz, which gained an extra layer of expression with the intervention of the artist and weaver Juliana Maia.
