The inspirations include brutalist architecture, with features such as minimalism and the display of real materials in the buildings (a legacy of the house's original design), as well as references to the works of Athos Bulcão. The space has two areas: the dining room, with a signature table; and the lounge bar, composed of comfortable and bold armchairs and a sideboard made of ebonized wood root trunks. Highlights include the marble floor and the vertical garden with native and tropical species. The color palette features a contrasting combination of black and white. The lighting is composed of a backlog above the concrete pergolas, allowing natural light to enter.
