The façade of the Ribeiro Lima Family Mansion underwent a special retrofit, led by Ivan Smarcevski, which sought to combine the original characteristics of the house, a landmark in the occupation of the Caminho das Árvores subdivision in Salvador, with the Casacor Bahia 2023 proposal, 'Corpo & Morada'. The update process brought new life and elements, without losing the property's classic and striking identity.
