Inspired by Latin American cuisine and culture, Lechuza was born, a space with unusual and vibrant colors. With the power to restore life, based on the context of food, we mixed the tones so that the environment would bring joy, comfort and contentment. Our environment seeks to contribute to a pleasurable meal and a harmonious tasting. The place, in this situation, has the function of a setting and that is how we are regarded: we are the setting for good food, which is, in our understanding, one of the great pleasures in life.
