**Refuge** is a space that honors the resilience of the gaucho people after the flood, transforming memory and pain into hope and rebirth. Located in the old airport, the projects invite introspection and reconnection with life, through earthy colors, natural materials, and artworks by local artists. The water mark, recorded on the wall at 1.80m, symbolizes not loss, but overcoming. Each element of the project reflects the strength and beauty of Rio Grande do Sul, showing that, just as a seed needs fertile soil to bloom, resilience is what allows us to transform adversity into future.
