The landscaped space pays homage to Hugo Landívar, a businessman and patron of culture, and whose property this year's CASACOR Bolivia is based. The "Artist's Refuge" displays a collection of his artistic pieces in a location full of lush vegetation. Noble and rustic materials such as brick and wood were used in its construction. The land includes an ornamental lake, vertical gardens and a green roof.
