Quibera
CASACOR CearáQuibera pays tribute to Preto Zezé, activist and president of CUFA, highlighting his trajectory of social and racial inclusion in a Brazil still marked by inequalities. The 90m2 space tells the story of the Ceará native through a contemporary design, integrating African and country cultural references, portraying his origins and the cultural power of the favelas. With an innovative layout, with no walls delimiting spaces, the central tower houses the kitchen, bar and wardrobe, while vibrant colors evoke diversity. Sustainability is a premise, with reused materials and furniture, and the contrast between wood and brushed steel creates a "high-low" aesthetic. The concept of "De Presente, o Agora" resonates by portraying reality and ancestry as cultural anchors.
