Pollinator Square
CASACOR São PauloDesigned to highlight the importance of pollination, the project by landscaper Luciano Zanardo highlights the sculpture Insects , by Minas Gerais artist Leopoldo Martins. The vegetation includes native and exotic tropical species, such as bromeliads and alocasia — Burle Marx's favorites. The idea was to choose fragrant and brightly colored plants in order to attract the agents responsible for carrying pollen from one flower to another, an essential activity for the preservation of nature. Another strong point of the space is the palette of vibrant colors, such as the blue applied to the walls.
