Welcome Square

CASACOR CE

The respectful intervention preserves the external area of the house built in the 1970s. The project offers visitors a welcoming square, which allows them to contemplate the façade and enjoy the spaces distributed over 400m2. The inspiration is the curve, seen in the pergolas that were “revisited”, creating shelter and shade.

The unevenness along the terrain was leveled by means of a masonry containment to make the space accessible. The structure received landfill materials, originating from the construction site itself, maintaining the concept of sustainability. In order to follow the zero waste policy, the wood was reused and the leftovers from the flooring were used in other areas of the environment.
