Silvana Albuquerque, architect and Luisa Albuquerque, interior designer, idealized Pied-à-Terre. The French expression means "feet on the ground" and refers to a small living unit, such as, for example, an apartment or a condominium. With 108m2, the inspiration for the project was a cozy space where technology and practicality are allies in the emotional recovery of nature. Automation is one of the major highlights. Technology and sustainability, including the concern for reducing water and energy consumption, are also present. A large panel in rustic stone is the connection between the living room, the bedroom, and the bathroom. In the living room, sloped ceiling with acoustic wood cladding 100% from reforestation. In the furniture, classic pieces from national and international designers, such as Ricardo Fasanello and Jorge Zalszupin.
