Pausa e Prosa

CASACOR Brasilia
Pausa e Prosa, with 132m2, is designed by architects and urban planners Luma Moroshima and Priscila Gerardi. The space that houses the Bäckerei Café is functional, but at the same time, conveys the idea of feeling at home, creating a confluence between the individual and the external world. The office seeks to recover retro elements from the 60s. On the floor, the use of slate, one of the trends this year. Rounded and curved shapes appear in the furniture, such as in tables, countertops, and sofas. Vegetation is also present inside the place. Metal appears in frames, furniture, and decorations. The MDF with a wooden aspect adds a natural touch to the projects. In the metalwork, an unusual color: terracotta. Affection sets the tone with the idea of "grandma's house", a moment of pause and warmth.
