Patio Alberca, an iconic element in the old Total Asturias. In it, Tassiana Oshiro wanted to pay homage to its hospitable past by restoring the surroundings but keeping its essence intact. It is a social room in the courtyard of the house, so important in homes for meetings. An important factor in this project is its environmentally responsible architecture, presenting a strategic location for the optimization of natural light and the use of recycled materials as part of the decoration of the house. It also has a water circulation and energy saving mechanism, which makes the most of the rainwater that supplies a reservoir.
