To build the Gourmet Bakery, Andrea Abdelhalin and Belén Suárez were inspired by a Tuscan villa, which is why there is an arch at the entrance to the daily dining room and a vintage mural that is displayed in the room, where the traditional clay oven is also represented. The main wall is made of rustic brick, also designed to achieve the idea of an old place. The floor is made of porcelain similar to wooden planks, in keeping with the main table where the bread is prepared. Under the same concept, an iron structure with elements typical of a country kitchen hangs from the ceiling.
