With 209.79 m2, the space is divided into an indoor area of 166.64 m2, with capacity for 70 people, and an outdoor area of 43.15 m2 connected to the main square. Neutral tones and organic volume create a dynamic and cozy environment, referring to the nature of the Northeast in an artistic and contemporary way. Natural materials reinforce the artisanal character, while subtly integrated technology optimizes comfort. The project promotes connection with nature and the circulation of people, valuing culture and innovation in a sophisticated environment.
