Artworks, designer furniture, and pieces made from natural materials such as reclaimed wood and marble were the chosen elements for the Modern House Karsten loft. In the 115m2 space, the predominant color palette is concrete gray and natural wood. Built from the ground up in steel frame specifically for the exhibition, it combines technology and functionality that modern times demand. Designed for a couple under 40 years old and without children, it explores the conveniences of automation and the practicality of integrated projects.
