How about a versatile use for the service area? This project integrates the kitchen and the service area, using cozy lighting, natural materials and designer furniture. This way, it also becomes a place for social gatherings. The idea is more minimalist, with nice balconies, such as the one over the wine cellar and the one over the bathroom, which has a more relaxed feel. A sofa and a counter complete the scene outside.
