With the record number of participations in CASACOR, architect Léo Shehtman celebrates his 35th anniversary with a kind of memory bunker. It is a house created to retain experiences that will be retransmitted in the future through different symbols. In the 140 m2 area, consisting of an integrated living room, kitchen, suite, bathroom, lounge-bar and garden, the materials are aligned with the project concept: finishes capable of signaling the marks of time were chosen, such as corten steel.
