Designed with a system for assembling and disassembling structural components and finishes, the CASACOR Store was restructured using the existing MCL (glued laminated wood) frameworks from the 2018 project, swapping internal and external finishes. The goal was to utilize all raw materials, maintaining the project's sustainability premise. The entire energy supply will be through photovoltaic panels and LED lighting. Other techniques applied in the architecture completely exclude the use of air conditioning, promoting electricity savings and the reduction of gas emissions.
