Italian colonization in Espírito Santo began in the late 19th century, when several families arrived in Santa Teresa, bringing their culture, traditions and memories. The Italian Loft by CASACOR ES celebrates all of this and highlights this legacy in architecture and design, paying beautiful homage to the Tuscany region, with its medieval villages, wineries and bucolic landscapes, arches and faded yellow colors. Architect Larissa Villaschi brought warmth to the space, with touches of minimalism and modernity, favoring natural stones, wood and original materials and upholstery from Italy.
