Inspired by the architect's daily life, who is participating in CASACOR for the second time, the loft has functional, well-integrated and resilient spaces. "Resilience is about adapting the home according to the phases of life. That's why it's called Phoenix, symbolizing life and its cycles, hope, the fact that it's necessary to bounce back from adverse situations in everyday life." With the aim of connecting the living room and gourmet space, Mariane invests in a metal structure ceiling. The solution, which appears frequently in her projects, provides incredible lightness - also reinforced by the exclusive lighting design. To bring the loft closer to nature, the architect relies on Jardim Fluidez, a tropical environment created by landscaper Mônica Costa.
