The Entrepreneur's Loft is a very particular vision of Rodrigo Durán about the success of entrepreneurship. He wanted to symbolize it in shelves attached to the kitchen wall, carefully lit to give the sensation of stars. With the same objective, he worked on the double height of the ceiling, but also because of the need to give spaciousness to the space. The intervention, on 85 m of surface, has respected the structure of the house to the maximum, to the point of reusing its materials, including some diagonal columns. White reigns throughout the house, only broken by black on the floor and orange details. The living room windows provide incomparable views of the outside.
