Figuratively speaking, the word oasis refers to an environment that, in a hostile environment or in a series of unpleasant situations, provides pleasure. In light of all the recent experiences lived globally, the design of this space seeks to offer a refuge to its visitors. With ample connection to the surroundings, the living room generates a feeling of delight and tranquility, with space for a small kitchen and reading area. The deck adds an irresistible ingredient: an ecological sauna, made entirely of glass, installed amidst careful tropical landscaping. To ensure a certain freshness, all the coverings were carefully chosen. The flooring mixes very light porcelain with wood and demarcates the spaces. The technocement texture present in the ceiling, also found on the walls and external facade, provides a homogeneity of colors and tones. The spot lighting creates an almost scenic ambiance, very cozy. The cabinets, in the same wood tone as the ceiling and walls, compose and blend into the space. Ceramic pieces and straw basketwork highlight the handmade aspect, which is also present in the rugs, made by artisans from the interior of Minas Gerais, using jute and sisal.
