Veteran at CASACOR, architect Dado Castello Branco was joined by Guilherme, his son and professional colleague, in designing this spacious living area with a view of the park. The project makes the most of its generous dimensions: it spans 103 m2, nearly 5 m of ceiling height, large windows, and two areas designated for sitting, in addition to a support pantry with a bar. As a key piece to house a collector's collection, the wooden bookshelf extends all the way to the ceiling. Another highlight is the vaulted ceiling, which is illuminated around the entire perimeter, emphasizing the rounded surface. In the serving area, the cabinetry gains special charm with ceramic tiles embedded in its structure. In the furniture, pieces signed by the duo mark the debut of the brand created by Guilherme, which features works from major names in national architecture and design.
