Winners of the casaproject award 2019, architect Simone Turíbio and designer Dimitri Lociks designed a 177m2 space with architectural elements of different shapes and proportions, furniture that recalls the history of Brasília and connects with the contemporary design of Brazil and the world, textures, and abundant vegetation. The elements that make up the environment are based on a color palette that ranges from brown to green and from blue to gray. Circular and elliptical cutouts, exposed concrete, stone and wood benches, and free spaces refer to the community living under the blocks in the superquadras. An installation with 144 personalized tiles featuring words that evoke the idea of coziness. Presence of a hollow mirror sculpture that will allow people to reflect themselves and blend with the space, and a grandstand with a design inspired by Burle Marx, as well as two huge openings in the facade that will serve as both windows and seats.
