Inspired by the art deco that marked iconic lobbies of luxurious hotels in the early 20th century, architect Gustavo Martins is responsible for the space that refers to an apartment hall. With a focus on sustainability, the architect chose a surface for the floor that is the result of repurposing materials, made up of particles of inputs such as clay and waste from construction that have been crushed or sifted, transformed into an exclusive design coating.
