This 120 m2 loft is dedicated to a client named Lara, a visually impaired person and leader of the Laramara Institute. Guided by the principles of universal design, the architect developed an inclusive project that provides comfort and adaptability without sacrificing luxury. To achieve this, she opted for a decor with neutral tones and many textures. With a living room, dining room, kitchen, and suite, the space prioritized measures so that the cladding plates could be used whole, thus avoiding the need for cuts and material waste.
