Aparecida Lamari is a veteran of CASACOR ES: this is her fifth participation in the Espírito Santo show. “This is the first time I have designed a gastronomic space for the show and I have high expectations. Ginteria is the hot spot at CASACOR ES,” she celebrates. For the space, Cida Lamari says that she sought inspiration in the origins of gin, which, although it was born in Holland, was popularized in England. “We have a more intimate, more sober environment,” emphasizes the architect.
