As a laboratory for a new model of urban occupation, one of the restaurants in the exhibition operates in a modular construction made of wood and metal, a result of the partnership between Modular Studio, architects Alessandra Cipriani, Higor Cipriani, and Felipe Savassi (in the photo, from left to right), and the office stage.AEC. Sustainability is the guiding thread of the proposal and mainly guided choices with a low environmental impact, such as renewable and durable materials and industrialized construction systems that generate less waste and reduce project time. Internally, the projects of 165 m2 celebrate the Italian heritage of the brand with a warm decoration, where warm tones and rustic textures stand out, and communal spaces positioned around the pizza oven and the bar.
