Architects Roberta Carneiro and Nathália de Araújo have renovated FÃMU Restaurant, combining Asian traditions with contemporary elements. The earthy color palette evokes nature, while two distinct spaces offer unique experiences. The indoor dining room is reminiscent of a primitive cave, with a wall of vases paying homage to Asian fermentation. Outside, the presence of a jabuticaba tree and natural elements provide a cozy feel, contrasting with the metallic slatted panel inspired by cities such as Tokyo and New York.
