In this project, the architect explores Deca kitchen accessories, present in the metal and crockery finishes. Apiúba, a wood that was used in the manufacture of rafts, and the concept of permanence of the resort, form a relationship with the backlands and the sea. Colors, textures and aromas of “terroir” are assimilated into the space, transforming it into an environment of coexistence, affection and experiences. From the Wabi-Sabi aesthetic used by Anik, it is possible to perceive the transience
and imperfection, an unpredictable and not at all evident rusticity.
