Inspired by the atmosphere of hotel lobbies, the projects designed by Pedro Ernesto Gualberto and Leandra de Castro e Gualberto propose a space for arrivals, departures, and reunions — where comfort and expectation meet. Lobbies are points of pause and transit, awakening warmth, but also enthusiasm for the new. This duality guides the concept of the projects, which marks the starting point of CASACOR Goiás and the reception of O.M Incorporadora, the sponsor of the space. With projections, images, and a model of the new development, visitors are invited to imagine their new home, already stepping into the future address.
