The 480m2 house brings a contemporary and clean style, proposing a sophisticated and elegant urban retreat amidst nature. A large panel with metallic brises made of recycled aluminum composes the facade, allowing for greater entry of natural light into the projects. From a central axis, the house is divided between the intimate and social wings, the latter completely facing a central garden with large glass doors that create an interior-exterior connection. The entrance hall showcases a sculpture by Swiss artist Not Vital and opens the way to the rest of the design, which brings a lot of greenery with its gardens and planters, natural stones, and cozy projects.
