The feeling of arriving and not wanting to leave home anymore; this is the provocation brought by the office Olegário de Sá. The welcoming atmosphere spread over 100m2 employs elements from the rustic universe such as wood and natural stones, combined with the modernity of structured glass, contemporary artworks, and pieces designed in steel that complete each other with delicacy. The facade, preserved by the Historical Heritage, was clad in glass and received a white marble water mirror, giving a minimalist architecture to the ensemble. Inside the loft, a double ceiling height clad in oak wood accommodates screens in carpentry with glass as dividers.
