A functional space where tastings take place, Cozinha do Chef – Raízes celebrates Brazilianness with a mix of textures and colors, which includes handcrafted pieces in straw, ceramics and wood and a pattern of tropical foliage on the walls. The ambiance created by Amanda Miranda sharpens the senses. Right at the entrance, the Hall Oca has a wall covered in piassava fiber, a reference to both indigenous dwellings and the work of the Campana Brothers (in homage to Fernando, who recently passed away). All this without giving up the technology necessary for a truly contemporary kitchen.
