The Comedoria emerged as a space to promote and celebrate Fortaleza's status as a creative city in design by the Organization of
United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). The gourmet space is the stage for building the union of design with Ceará cuisine and, for the architect, such a “marriage” could only happen at the table. The act of eating together, sharing, offering and sharing is ancestral, from the origin of our society, of our collective, and is repeated in the construction of families, peoples and cultures. The environment is surrounded by nature, with simple, open, clean and pure architecture. The focus is on people and all the elements are from Ceará.
