Comedoria 3, a space in partnership with the City Hall of Fortaleza, is an environment that celebrates local design and the city's designation as a UNESCO World City of Design. In an area of 130 square meters, it reflects the culture of Ceará through natural and rustic elements, such as bamboo, stone and wood. Inspired by nature, it stands out for its bamboo roof with a parameterized structure, which extends from the top of the mezzanine in irregular arches and weaves to the ground. This roof protects an architectural space made of rammed earth and masonry, inviting people to share culinary and design experiences.
