Demolition wood, natural stones, and native species in the landscaping deliver Brazilian essence in this tiny house of 170 m2, governed by tropical modernism. The reuse of the metal structure deserves recognition: it is the third time the architect has used it (the first two were at CASACOR Rio de Janeiro). A free span of 20 m reserves space for multiple possibilities of occupation. Skylights ensure natural light, while works by Arthur Lescher, Raul Mourão, Laura Vinci, Lucia Koch, and Ana Holck permeate the interiors. The furniture curation dedicated special attention to Brazilian designers.
