On 110 m2 of surface area, industrial designer María Belén Moreno and architect Luis Eduardo Añez built a loft with a garage to house the official vehicle of CASACOR Bolivia. It is a studio apartment that is a black box on the outside, but inside it becomes colorful and rich in textures thanks to its various divisions. A yellow portico stands out on the dark façade, in total contrast to the small garden in the courtyard and the waterfall mounted under a staircase. The wood on the floor and ceiling takes center stage in this space with environments created for each need of its inhabitant.
