As in the poem Casa Arrumada by Lena Gino, the 29.50 m2 tiny house suggests a lively home, filled with movement, affections, and memories. The dwelling is intended for a modern, mature, successful man who values design, art, and social interaction. It is an example of dry construction, made with reforested wood, cement panels, and UV-protected glass, with no waste generation and free of high-impact projects. Composed of a kitchen, living area, suite, and surrounding garden, the dwelling accommodates a large-scale artwork by visual artist Helton Taveira and a chandelier shaped like a Victoria regia that occupies the entire ceiling.
