Rosemberg House
CASACOR BahiaInspired by the architecture and values inherited from their grandparents, Paulo Andrade and Rafael Andrade designed Casa Rosemberg to demonstrate that the current way of living can be enriched by mixing memories and references from the past with contemporary concepts and technology. With a modernist façade, marked by a colorful panel of hydraulic tiles, and an exposed black structure, which contrasts with the large concrete slatted wall, the 120m2 house has a welcoming internal garden, strategically positioned, which gives the feeling of a backyard. The living, dining and kitchen spaces are integrated, with a stunning view of the sea, symbolizing the evolution of the concept of housing in Brazil. The furniture and objects in Casa Rosemberg are in tune with the works of art and were chosen to preserve the essence of "living well" and fill the house with affective memories, creating a harmony between ancestry and contemporaneity.
