CASACOR

Casa Ros is a metal-framed building where the material and construction method play an absolute leading role as architectural elements, not just structural ones. Architect Carlos Rezende chose to explore the typical potential of steel, in addition to using frames with large glazed planes connecting the interior and exterior at the boundaries and perspectives, bringing in elements of landscaping and the vision of the works of art curated by him. The organic nature of the upholstery creates unity, integrates and highlights practices of conversations about current issues, art and its fields of influence.
