Designed to bring to the public the latent feeling of welcome and well-being, the construction features a spacious living room, kitchen, and integrated dining room, a suite, and a bucolic external garden, designed by Kalil Ferre, which reinforces the atmosphere of refuge, belonging, as well as the impression of being entirely in a house.
