Très Arquitetura. Signing, for the first time, the project of a complete residence at the exhibition, Fernanda Tegacini, Fernanda Morais, and Nathalia Mouco, partners of Très Arquitetura, were guided by the concept of the grain, which is defined not only by the birth of coffee but by the principle of profuse lives, to develop the projects of 100m.. Based on the premises of a generation that seeks a more detached, altruistic, and humanized life, the architects were also inspired by the lines of the pavilion of Mies Van Der Rohe in Barcelona and created a space in the shape of a glass box, which encompasses living, a dining room with a small kitchen, a terrace, and a master suite.
