Inspired by the thought and beautiful work of Fina Casa, the projects retrieve the essence of a residence that interacts with the surrounding space. The straight lines and curve reinterpret the form of the old house with a stone wall, and the arches "converse". The facade was designed as an experience in itself. The layout recalls the woven patterns of Espedito Seleiro's pieces, while the awning of a water references traditional ceramic roofs. Inside, the darker colors promote intimacy. The bookshelf marks the high ceiling of the house, while the mix of tables suggests family heritage. The sofa envelops like a hug, the china cabinet displays memories, and the dark marble imposes itself as an element of solidity. Outside, the gathering space invites encounters. The permeable flooring in reddish tones refers to the earth of Ceará, and the decorative pieces by local artists incorporate memory and culture as living layers.
