In Cafeteria das Lembranças, Gabriella Machado sought to emphasize the connection with nature through the use of materials in their natural state, such as the rustic stone on the wall and the wood. Colors play an essential role in the ambiance: the red and green colors were inspired by the tones of the fruit and the coffee branch, and appear on the sofa, on the wall and in the art on the facade. The furniture designed and produced locally and the reused skirting boards complete the tone of sustainability.
