Bistro Placas do Brasil
CASACOR Espírito SantoIn Placas do Brasil’s proprietary space, Larissa Villaschi explores the theme of Brazilianness. The architect covered the walls with MDF in the Amazon and Rio Negro patterns, inspired by the pirarucu, a fish that is a symbol of the region’s rivers and tributaries. With these coverings in light and dark tones, she proposed a lush landscape that dialogues with the contrast of the surfaces. The space is cozy with pieces of art, and a highlight is the armchair designed by Sérgio Mattos, created exclusively for the bistro. With thirty seats, the bistro is a meeting point in the heart of the show. Green predominates, evoking Brazilianness, while terracotta creates an interesting contrast in this profusion of green. The bar, made with an exotic stone in various shades of green, completes the space with a sophisticated touch.
