CASACOR Brasilia
The characteristic elements of Brasília's architecture, the use of plants in the environment, and openings for the passage of light in order to make the visitor's experience more pleasant - within the concept of Biophilia - were the starting point for the project by the office Choque Arquitetura e Design for the ticket office. The duo Dimitri Lociks (designer) and Simone Turíbio (architect) also signs two other spaces in this year's exhibition. For this space, they used new coatings (porcelain tiles and Corian) and automated lighting (digital system) that is interactive based on people's movement. Reflective glass, steel, XPS, wood carpets, and aluminum profiles are used in the area of 90m2. Highlight for the scenic ceiling, composed of wooden pieces.
