The old porte-cochère takes on a different function: that of a bar, which connects the hall to the garden, creating a space to have a drink and relax while enjoying the view of the green or enjoying one of Gafisa's events. The hall features a circular bench designed exclusively by Gustavo Bittencourt and a very clean decor with linen curtains covering the walls and muxarabi on the ceiling. A playful detail created by the duo Diego Raposo and Manuela Simas is to transform the steps into a sofa, connecting the two environments, where neutral tones and natural materials such as wood, linen, leather and ceramics prevail.
